1. General Refund Policy
- All nomination fees paid for the AIFPA Food Safety Awards 2024 are non-refundable. By submitting a nomination and making the payment, you acknowledge and agree that all fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, subject to the exceptions listed under Clause 2.
. - The non-refundable policy applies to all categories, including Micro, Small, and Medium/Large enterprises.
2. Exceptions to the General Refund Policy
- Technical Errors: In the event that a technical issue on our website results in duplicate payments or incorrect charges, AIFPA will review and process refunds as appropriate. To report a technical issue, please contact us at aifpa@aifpa.net within 7 days of the transaction.
- Event Cancellation: If the AIFPA Food Safety Awards 2024 event is cancelled by AIFPA due to unforeseen circumstances, we will evaluate refund requests and may issue refunds at our discretion.
- Overpayments: If an overpayment is made during the nomination process, AIFPA will process a refund of the excess amount upon verification.
3. Requesting a Refund

- Date of Payment
- Reason for Refund Request
- Any relevant transaction details (e.g., transaction ID, payment confirmation)
- Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and AIFPA reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests in accordance with this policy.
4. Processing Time
- If a refund is approved, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
- AIFPA does not process the fees/payments. The payments are processed by regulated entities, such as licensed payment processors and Banks. AIFPA is not responsible for any delays caused by the payment processor or banking institution.
